I realized there was still work that I had to do to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. I had some healing to do mind, body, and spirit. I’d soon call it “inner work.” To do this work I had to reveal the pain that I had been hiding. I had to renew my mind which included becoming intentional about my connections. You know, people, places, and things. Soon, things began to change with the right influence and support that I needed and deserved. This process helped me to release the hard work of proving myself to others. It was time to reignite my purpose! I soon discovered who and whose I was. I call that “IAMNESS!”
As I continued on this journey, the life changing lessons I learned and share with my clients today is:
• to tell myself the truth and honor my journey;
• to forgive myself for not speaking my truth in order to protect those who hurt me;
• that I was not what happened to me and that it was my choice to let it go;
• to forgive those who hurt me allowing the release of their power over me so that I could wield my power within.
